Located in the heart of Casablanca, the new LG Electronics after-sales service center meets the most advanced international standards in this area. The launch of this major innovative center is part of LG Electronics’ strategy in Morocco aimed at offering Moroccan customers products equipped with the latest technological innovations and unparalleled reliability, but also at providing support and permanent advice to its customers.
The inauguration of the center was marked by the presence of Mr Jungho Kim, General Manager of LG Electronics in Morocco and Mr Abdelali Bachri, Director of Customer Service of LG Electronics, in addition to several managers from the leading group in the field. consumer electronics and appliances.
To ensure a good customer experience in its new service center, LG Electronics has mobilized qualified experts to maintain and repair LG products and respond to all customer requests.
With the same objective, an important system of advice and follow-up of requests has been set up, in particular a WhatsApp service, a special telephone number, in addition to a home service. The after-sales center responds to requests from all users of LG Electronics products whether they are under warranty or out of warranty.
